Additional rules

We hope you enjoy your stay. Please read some guidelines you should follow.

• Close all exterior doors and windows when the air conditioning is on and as much as possible to prevent excess sand inside the house.
• Take all trash (kitchen and bathroom) in a trash bag to the blue outdoor bin located in front of the property.
• Leave dirty towels on the shower floor in the bathroom for the cleaning service to wash.
• When returning from the beach, use the outdoor shower to rinse off sand before entering the house.
• Some beach chairs and a cooler are provided for your stay and use; we ask that you clean them and return them to the garage.
• Bring your own beach towels; do not take the house towels to the beach.
• Try not to move furniture inside or outside; however, if you do, ensure everything is returned to its original place.
• If any damage is found after your stay, you will be charged accordingly.
• An additional cleaning fee will be charged beyond the standard cleaning fee.
• The laundry washer only works on the quick (express) cycle; do not attempt to use any other cycle. Soap or detergent is not provided; you’ll need to purchase your own.
• Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Sometimes we can make exceptions; please ask.
• We use a septic system. Dispose of toilet paper in the trash can.
• At the time of check-out, ensure everything is locked, windows closed, lights and air conditioning turned off, trash in the bin, and no food left in the refrigerator.

Note: Please leave the beds unmade, as the cleaning service will remove all sheets for washing. :)

Our cancellation policy varies depending on your booking dates. Please note the following:

• Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
• 50% refund if canceled between 20 and 10 days before arrival.
• No refund if canceled within 10 days of arrival.
